Rick Husband Amarillo International Airport is located at 10801 Airport Boulevard, approximately 2 miles north of East I-40, and approximately 7 miles east of downtown Amarillo. Passengers should arrive 1 to 1 1/2 hours before their scheduled flight departure time.
Office Hours
Office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 12:00 noon and 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM. The office is located on the 2nd floor of the terminal building.
Amarillo International Airport is a self-sufficient department of the City of Amarillo. It continues to provide high quality service to the citizens of Amarillo as well as the passenger airlines that serve the area, the armed forces, and private companies and individuals dependent on the airport.
The airport terminal building is a recently renovated and expanded state of the art facility offering improved passenger services, security, concession services and baggage claim operations. A three story parking garage adjoins the terminal building providing 654 covered, secure parking spaces for airport users.
Airport Parking
There are 790 paved off-street and 654 covered parking garage spaces available for use on a fee basis for airport users. These parking spaces are available on a 24-hour basis.
