Potter-Randall County Appraisal District Board of Directors

There are two five-member Board of Directors, one serves Potter County and the other serves Randall County. Members are appointed by the governing bodies of the counties, cities and local school districts. Each meets quarterly in the Board Room of the Potter Randall County Appraisal District offices, 5701 Hollywood Road.

The Appraisal District Board of Directors employs the Chief Appraiser, appoints members to the Appraisal Review Board, appoints a Taxpayer Liaison Officer, approves budgets, depositories, and expenditures of capital over $15,000, and sets the general policies of the Appraisal District, including personnel policies. The Board also hears any comments or grievances made through the Taxpayer Liaison Officer.
